Gregory J. Donoghue
Gregory J. Donoghue achieved his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee with Honors in 1982 and was inducted into the Pi Sigma Alpha National Honor Society. Mr. Donoghue attended the University of Tennessee College of Law where he was selected to participate in the prestigious Jessup International Law Court Competition.
Mr. Donoghue has practiced law for 29 years, starting his career as an Assistant State Attorney before limiting his practice to Personal Injury and Insurance Disputes.
As a former Insurance Company Trial Attorney he knows how to deal effectively with insurance companies and has handled thousands of cases involving automobile, motorcycle, tractor trailer and watercraft accidents as well as Insurance Coverage Issues.
- Mr. Donoghue is recognized as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. The distinction of being a board-certified civil trial lawyer is held by less than two percent of Florida lawyers.
- Mr. Donoghue is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which limits its membership to attorneys who have obtained settlements in excess of one million dollars.
- Mr. Donoghue is Certified to practice in any Florida Circuit Court and in Federal Court in the Middle District of Florida and even before the United States Supreme Court.
- Attorney Donoghue has served as Chairman of the Florida Bar’s Grievance Committee for the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, and is presently a member of the Judicial Nominating Rules and Procedures Committee of the Florida Bar.
