 
Since 1998 Gregory J. Donoghue has devoted his practice to representing Plaintiffs in Serious Injury, Insurance Disputes, Wrongful Death and Medical Malpractice cases.
In addition to litigating serious Personal Injury Claims, Mr. Donoghue represents clients involved in Insurance Coverage Disputes with their own insurance companies including denials of Life Insurance, Homeowners, Disability and Automobile Insurance coverage of all types.
Since 1986 Gregory Donoghue has been a Trial Attorney, having first served as a Criminal Prosecutor in Florida's 18th Judicial Circuit for two years before limiting his practice to Personal Injury and Insurance Disputes in 1987. As a former Insurance Company Trial Attorney he knows how to deal effectively with insurance companies and has handled thousands of cases involving automobile, motorcycle, tractor trailer and watercraft accidents as well as premises liability situations and Insurance Coverage Issues.
Gregory Donoghue is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer by both the Florida Bar Association and The National Board of Trial Advocacy (a distinction held by only a very small percentage of personal injury lawyers). Mr. Donoghue has vast trial experience on a wide variety of cases from Personal Injury to Insurance Coverage Disputes.
Significant injury and insurance cases are handled on a Statewide basis as Mr. Donoghue is Certified to practice in any Florida Circuit Court and in Federal Court in the Middle District of Florida and even before the United States Supreme Court.
Gregory J. Donoghue achieved his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee with Honors in 1982 and was inducted into the Pi Sigma Alpha National Honor Society. Mr. Donoghue attended the University of Tennessee College of Law where he developed his trial skills by participating in a variety of competitions including the prestigious Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and also served as assistant editor of he Tennessee Judicial Newsletter.
Naturally he is a member of the Florida Bar Association and in addition holds membership privileges in the National Justice Association and the Florida Justice Association. For many years he volunteered his time as a board member of Central Florida Legal Services and served as Chairman of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee in the 18th Judicial Circuit and other Florida Bar Committees, including the Judicial Procedures Nominating Committee.

Mr. Holland has deep roots in Florida’s legal system. As a third generation Florida lawyer, Mr. Holland follows in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, two-term Florida Governor and four term Florida U.S. Senator, Spessard Holland.
Gary L. Holland began practicing law in 1990 representing insurance companies as an insurance defense attorney. In 1994, he launched his own practice dedicated to representing people injured as a result of the negligence of others. Mr. Holland joined forces with the law firm of Gregory J. Donoghue, P.A. in August of 2006 and together they have continued their commitment to excellence in representing the injured.
Gary L. Holland achieved his undergraduate degree with honors from Stetson University, Deland, Florida. He continued his education at Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama, graduating in 1990 in the top 20 percent of his class and was named on the National Dean’s List. While at Cumberland, Mr. Holland was a Member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and the National Conference of Law Reviews. In addition, Mr. Holland has completed a Certified Mediator’s Course.
Currently Gary L. Holland is a Member of the Florida Justice Association, Florida Workers’ Advocates, Brevard County Bar Association, Indian River Bar Association and Admitted to the Federal Court, Middle District of Florida.
